Our DEIB Advisory Board

The Oomph DEIB Advisory Board, established in 2019, includes passionate team members dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. Together, we bring new perspectives, drive cultural change, and develop best practices that further our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Our Recent Work

In June 2024, Oomph proudly participated in United Way of Rhode Island’s 2024 Equity Challenge, a transformative initiative to deepen our understanding of equity and foster meaningful conversations within our team. Through this challenge, we sought to broaden our perspectives, embrace new learning experiences, and actively contribute to our ongoing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) efforts.

Our commitment to these values was recognized by the United Way of Rhode Island, which honored Oomph with the title of “Organizational Equity Champion” to acknowledge our strong participation and dedication to advancing equity in our workplace. This recognition reflects our passion for creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
