To me, the best project management is always about people. I take a human-centric approach, identifying how I can enable productive, confident teams to do meaningful work. My team doesn’t end with Oomph, either. I engage Oomph teams and clients alike in aligning on a shared vision and developing innovative solutions to realize it together.
I also find joy in balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail; my favorite projects are those that put people at the forefront. I’ve worked in creative roles both within agencies and in-house, which has shaped my understanding of what clients need from their agency partners — and vice versa. I am my client’s biggest champion in working toward the objectives that will drive their business forward.
I bring empathy to every project I manage, but I take particular pride in navigating large programmatic initiatives with cross-functional teams. Working with the MIT Sloan School of Management, I orchestrated a client team with dozens of people to design and execute an intricate communications plan for a new building opening.
My theater kid background occasionally shines through in my confident, unflappable, and creative approach to project management. On weekends, I love spending time at our family’s cottage in New Hampshire’s Monadnock region, exploring towns and farmers' markets, hiking trails along Crotched Mountain, and birding from spring migration through fall.
