Using a support ticket, our experts will help answer any questions you may have about using your CMS to manage your website content or we can help liaise with your hosting vendor in the case of a website outage.. Please note that requests that involve coding changes will require professional service hours to complete.
We will respond to your request within 48 business hours to better understand the issue and create a plan for resolution. However, it may take more than 48 hours for our team to complete the full task. In the case of a website outage, we will do our best to respond as quickly as we can but we always recommend you first check with your hosting provider.
Professional service hours allow the Oomph team to engage with your website more strategically and proactively in high-priority areas. You can use your professional services to get support with user research, UX and UI design, custom development, analytics, and technical SEO consulting.

If your project requires more hours than your monthly support level includes, we’ll work with you to create an additional scope of work to cover the difference.
Even the most well-maintained websites need periodic updates or enhancements. If you need more support with your website, we’ll work with you to create a separate scope of work. Please note that your project must require at least 20 professional service hours to initiate a new scope. We can also combine multiple new services to help you utilize those hours to the fullest.
The right plan for you depends on the size and complexity of your website. Websites with thousands of pages of content and over a hundred modules would require a higher level of support like Ally Next or Ally Enterprise. If you have a smaller site with limited modules, Ally Basic or Ally Basic Plus may offer the coverage you need. Websites with thousands of pages of content or hundreds of modules typically need a higher level of support, like Ally Next or Ally Enterprise .
